Italian Garlic Roasted Carrots in the Air Fryer

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups Baby Carrots or chopped carrots
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil

Seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Granulated Onions onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Flavor the Carrots

  • Add 4 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp of Flavor God's Garlic Lovers seasoning or 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning, 1 tsp Granulated Garlic, 1 tsp Granulated Onion, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Black Pepper to a large mixing bowl
  • Add 2 cups of baby carrots or carrots cut into small sections to the bowl of seasoning
  • Stir the carrots into the sauce until all of the carrots are well covered in seasoning

Air Frying

  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400°F
  • Add the carrots to the air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes at 380°F
  • After 13 minutes, Shake, flip, or stir the carrots and then finish air frying for the last 7 minutes
  • *Air fryers all work a little differently so keep an eye on the carrots the last 5 minutes making sure they do not get too roasty toasty for your taste

Notes

Change around the seasonings and oil you use to get a whole different flavor.  Try peanut oil or sesame oil instead of olive oil.  Turn down the Italian seasoning and add a little chili powder and paprika to go with a Mexican dinner.
