It was my birthday not too long ago, and I was fortunate enough for Dave to make me mac and cheese. Why not go carb heavy on your birthday!

I happened to put a little TikTok together of Dave making this, and so far about 26.2K people have watched it. Which cracks me up because we are WAY over 30 and TikTok is really not our platform to express ourselves. I guess Gen X likes food. 😉
INGREDIANTS
16 Ounces Uncooked Pasta
4 cups Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 – 3/4 cup Cream
1.5 cups Medium Cheddar Cheese shredded
1/2 cup Colby Cheese shredded
1/2 cup Mozzarella shredded
1 large Jalapeno deseeded and diced optional
3 Green Onions sliced
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 lbs Smoked Polish Sausages sliced or chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Press sauté on the Instant Pot
Add butter, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder
Add 16 oz pasta and stirring often to cover all pasta in seasoning and melted butter
After one minute turn sauté off and add 4 cups chicken broth, stir and scrape bottom clean
Put the Instant Pot lid on and seal the pressure release valve
Pressure cook for 6 minutes and quick release pressure
Slice smoked polish sausages, deseed and dice 1 jalapeno (if desired), and slice 3 green onions while the macaroni is pressure cooking
Once the 6 minutes of pressure cooking are finished, release the pressure and remove the Instant Pot lid after the pin drops
Stir in cheese about 1/3 cup at a time
Slowly stir in cream to your desired creaminess, ~1/4 cup at a time
Let the stirred in smoked polish sausage sit for 5 minutes
Plate Mac & Cheese and top with 1-2 Tbsp of bread crumbs
