Easy Mexican Rice

Disclaimer: you will need a rice cooker for this recipe! Most Instant Pots do have this setting, but we use a separate rice cooker.
INGREDIANTS
- 1 Cup Brown Rice
- 2 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Corn (drained)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- Oil rice cooker and turn on
- Add rice and cook until brown
- Once the rice is browned, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Put the lid on the rice cooker and allow it to cook rice
- Once done, wait another 30-45 minutes allowing rice to sit
