Easy Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

Easy Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff

In 2020 all you need is some hearty comfort food. Easy Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff does not disappoint. Full of things to warm your belly and perfect to serve over your favorite veggies.

Perfect for Teaching Kids How to use the Instant Pot

As you can imagine, the Instant Pot is the perfect start to teaching kids how to cook.

Without a doubt, it allows for plenty of time to work slow and learn how to cut, measure, and add ingredients. Little hands need more time. Easy Instant Pot Hamburger Stroganoff gives lots of grace for “mistakes” in the learning process. Without hurting the end results of the meal. Additionally, even harder parts of the process, such as cooking the meat are easy to navigate to keep everyone safe and happy.

Obviously, an adult is still key to success (and safety). That said, this recipe is perfect to start introducing your kids to cooking.
